recipe 2



okay, second recipe: Thai Baby Broccoli Crazy:

1 pkg soy ginger thai noodles (organic!)

1 pkg (organic!) broccoli slaw {shredded broccoli&carrots}

1 generous handful of fresh broccoli

1 random mixture of soy ginger sauce/sweet thai sauce/terriyaki sauce/soy sauce/pineapple juice/etc.

and, for the meat eaters, thinly sliced chicken pieces

oh! and also, some crunched up peanuts as topping.

pretty much, cut up the chicken and get it cooking. i cooked mine on the stove on high, in the sauce, like stir-fry. once that is going, cook the noodles as the package directs (depends on what type you get, but most only take 3-5 minutes). then, add all the vegitables. (i used what we had in the fridge, which just so happened to be broccoli and broccoli slaw, but there are many veggies that would work just find, so just use what you got!) mix it all around, and let everything get that nice browned color that comes from the sauces. add in the {strained} noodles and let everything get all together. serve it up(in a bowl, of course)! and dont forget to add a small little sprinkle of peanuts for looks and for a nice crunch!
