recipe 1

so tonight, i made what id like to call "bowled burrito" haha. i'll try to get more creative with my names next time... :) pretty much, i prepared annemarie's cumin rice {brown rice, one fresh cut tomato, peppers, lots of cumin and salt} and then mixed in corn and black beans. then, you can personalize it with salsa/meat/sour cream/cheese.... and, if you still want some carbs, you can either rip up a tortilla and line the bowl with it, or pull out some chips {multi-grain is SO good}... this was perfect for a family meal. because it is quick and easy and the picky eaters can be picky because they can choose only what they want/like...
